Our client who is a market leader, providing Automation Systems to a variety of industry sectors now require as part of it’s expanding UK portfolio a Department Administrator to join its friendly, family feel team in Rugby.
Being the department administrator, you would be needed to show and deliver working experience in Admin support, Excel, Microsoft Office, Filing and be a good communicator.
Reporting to the Functional Manager you will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of a busy Proposals, Estimating and Sales Team of around 22 people.
Organising anything and everything from training schedules to meetings, workload planning and beyond.
You must be highly organised with a high attention to detail, with strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You will also need the following: –
