We are looking for a Project Manager from the Body in White / Trim & Final sector based in the West Midlands area to support our client’s expansion into ongoing projects.

It is working with some of the leading projects within the automotive and advanced sectors. The contract will be three years’ work from start to completion.

As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the ongoing progression of the projects including project reviews, client facing, presentations, data analyses, working with different departments.

This position is made with the intention of progressing into a Project Manager position.

Being a skilled Electrician/Electrical Technician, you will need experience within the automation industry. Projects will involve the installation and commissioning of robotic/automated production lines, control panel wiring, reading detailed electrical drawings and schematic plans and assembly of tooling beds, grippers, conveyor belt systems.

As part of your duties you will clarify what is required from the customer, produce the design documents, liaising with customer to ensure delivery time is met and customer satisfaction. The role will involve travelling to and working from customer sites.
