We are looking for a Project Engineer from the Body in White / Trim & Final sector based in the Midlands area to support our client’s expansion into ongoing projects.
It is working with some of the leading projects within the automotive and advanced sectors. The contract will be three years’ work from start to completion.

As a Project Engineer you will be responsible for the ongoing progression of the projects including project reviews, client facing, presentations, data analyses, working with different departments.
This position is made with the intention of progressing into a Project Manager position.

As a layout engineer you’ll be responsible to provide layout technical solution within the Customers timing, cost constraints and expectations, prepare timely and accurate technical specifications to customer and product requirements, effectively interact with the Process, Design and RobCad teams so as to create and maintain accurate Plant Layout drawings, taking lean manufacturing principles into account.

Being a skilled Electrician/Electrical Technician, you will need experience within the automation industry. Projects will involve the installation and commissioning of robotic/automated production lines, control panel wiring, reading detailed electrical drawings and schematic plans and assembly of tooling beds, grippers, conveyor belt systems.
